Banana Date Smoothie


  • 1 peeled Banana, broken into chunks

  • 1 cup Almond Milk

  • 1 tbsp Almond Butter

  • 1 tsp Cocoa powder

  • 2 tbsp Rolled Oats

  • 4 Dried pitted Dates


  • Add banana chunks, almond milk, almond butter, cocoa powder, rolled oats and dates to a blender.

  • Blend on high until the mixture is smooth, about 1-2 minutes.

  • Enjoy the Almond Date smoothie immediately, topped with some fresh almonds.
