Pancake Cereal - the latest tiktok trend and these are the cutest little baby pancakes that I ever made. These look so beautiful and taste good. I like them with Maple syrup, Chocolate chips and fresh berries. It took forever to make them but it was all worth it. The hype is real. If you aren't convinced by the idea of pancake cereal, you can still make regular sized pancakes with this recipe.
1 cup All Purpose flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
3/4 cup milk
1 tbsp unsalted Butter, melted
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
Maple Syrup, for serving
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, vanilla extract and melted butter.
Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just incorporated.
Pour pancake batter into a piping bag with a small tip or use a Ziploc bag.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or large over low heat.
Working quickly, pipe small dots of the pancake batter, each about the size of a coin.
Cook until the tops form bubble and underside is golden brown, for about 1-2 minutes.
Flip with a spatula and cook until golden on the other side, about a further 1-2 minutes.
Repeat until all the batter is used up.
Scoop the pancakes out into a bowl. Serve with Maple syrup and fresh berries.
