Brioche buns are perfect for sandwiches, burgers or just Jam.

Ingredients
To activate the yeast
3/4 cup warm whole milk
1 tbsp Sugar
2tsp Dry active yeast
To make the dough
4 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
3 tbsp Sugar
2 tsp salt
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
For Egg wash
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp milk
Sesame Seeds
Instructions
In a small bowl, add milk, sugar and yeast.
Give to a good stir, keep it aside for 5minutes until it gets frothy.
In a mixing bowl, add flour, sugar, salt and make a well with a spatula.
Add the yeast mixture, softened Butter and eggs into the flour.
Knead the dough until it is soft and smooth.
Place the dough ball into a greased bowl, cover it with plastic wrap and keep it in a warm place for an hour.
The dough will double up in size.
Divide the dough into 8 equal parts, roll them into a ball and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for 30 to 50 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350 F
Brush each bun with egg wash and sprinkle with Sesame seeds.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until they are golden brown.
Note:
Cool completely and store them in an airtight plastic bag for up to 3-4 days.
