Ingredients
1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
1 tbsp Cooking Oil
1 1/4 cups Granulated sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1/2 cup All purpose flour
1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
Method
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking oil and set aside.
In a microwave safe bowl, melt butter.
In a mixing bowl, add melted butter, oil and sugar. Whisk well for about a minute.
Now add the eggs and vanilla extract. Beat this mixture for a minute.
Sift in the flour, cocoa powder and salt.
Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Do not over mix.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
Bake for 15-20 minutes. Don’t over-bake your brownies. The brownies are done when the center is set and you see the top just begin to crack.
Let cool completely on a wire rack then cut into individual squares.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
Serve Brownie topped with your favorite Ice cream and warm chocolate sauce.
