Regardless of its origin, whipped coffee is super easy, quick and fun to make.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp Instant Coffee
2 tbsp Brown or white sugar
2 tbsp Hot water
2 cups Milk, chilled
Ice Cubes (optional)
Method:
In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, coffee and water.
Using a hand mixer or whisk, whisk until mixture turns smooth and shiny.
Continue whisking until it thickens and holds its shape.
Add the ice cubes in a glass then pour over the milk.
Scoop out the whipped coffee on top of the milk and serve.
