This easy Frittata recipe is a perfect healthy option for breakfast or brunch.

1/4 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Garlic powder
1/8 tsp Onion powder
1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
1/4 tsp Crushed red pepper
2 tbsp Olive oil
1/4 cup Milk
2 cups vegetables of choice spinach, bell peppers, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, etc.
Preheat the oven to 375F.
In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs. Add salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper powder crushed red pepper and milk.
Whisk just until the egg yolks and whites are blended. Set it aside.
Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet, add spinach and sauté until it is wilted.
Add bell peppers, broccoli and cherry tomatoes. Cook for few minutes stirring occasionally.
Turn off the stove and pour the egg mixture over the vegetables.
Stir gently to combine the mixture across the pan.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the eggs are set.
Remove from oven, let cool for 5 minutes. Slice with a sharp knife and serve.
