Chopped Nuts - Blanched Almonds and Cashews (Optional)
Tutti Frutti (Optional)
Method
Custard Sauce
In a small mixing bowl, add custard powder along with 4 tbsp of milk.
With a whisk stir well to make a smooth paste without any lumps and keep aside.
Heat 3 cups Milk in a heavy bottom pan until it comes to a boil.
Lower the heat, add sugar and stir until it dissolves.
Slowly add Custard mix to the hot milk. Stir continuously so that lumps are not formed.
Let it boil on low flame for 6-8 minutes or until it thickens.
Cover it immediately otherwise a layer forms on the custard.
Allow it to cool completely and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Serving Fruit Custard

In a serving bowl, add the chopped fruits. Pour the custard over the fruits and mix gently.
Garnish with chopped nuts and tutti frutti.
