Gajar Ka Halwa is a Indian dessert made with carrots, ghee, milk, sugar and flavored with cardamom. It's rich, creamy & delicious.

Ingredients
4 cups Carrot, grated
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup Condensed milk
1/4 cup Sugar
1 tsp Cardamom powder
1 tbsp Cashews, chopped
1 tbsp Almonds, chopped
2 tbsp Ghee
Method
Fry cashews & almonds in 2tbsp ghee until they turn golden brown in color and set aside.
Add grated carrots to a non stick pan & sauté for 8-10 minutes.
Now add 1/4 cup sugar and cook till all the moisture is evaporated.
Pour milk & sprinkle cardamom powder.
Cook till all the milk is dried out and keep stirring in between.
Then add condensed milk and let it cook. Do stir in between.
Cook the halwa mixture till it dries out, turn off the stove.
Add in the fried nuts, give it a final stir.
Serve Gajar ka Halwa warm.
