Indo Chinese Style Paneer Fried Rice
2 cups Basmati Rice, cooked
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Chilli powder
Salt to taste
1 cup Paneer cubes
2 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/2 cup Onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup Green bell peppers, finely chopped
1/4 cup Red bell peppers, finely chopped
1/4 cup Yellow bell peppers, finely chopped
1 Jalapeno, sliced
1 tbsp Pepper powder
1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Vinegar
1/4tsp Ajinomotto MSG, Optional
Spring Onions to Garnish
Heat Oil in a pan, add Chili powder, salt and mix well.
Add Paneer cubes into it and fry well over medium heat.
Make sure all the sides are roasted well. Transfer them to a plate and keep them aside.
In the same pan, fry Garlic, onions on high heat and till slightly brown.
Add all the bell peppers, Jalapenos, mix well and cook until they are crunchy.
Add salt, pepper powder, tomato ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar, Ajinomotto and mix well.
Add the cooked Basmati rice and mix gently.
Add fried Paneer cubes and mix again, turn off the stove.
Garnish with Spring Onions & serve hot.
