Mango Chia Pudding is perfect for Breakfast or as dessert after dinner.
Yield: 2 servings
1 cup Whole Milk or Almond Milk
4 tbsp Chia seeds
2 cups Chopped mango
2 tbsp Honey
In a bowl, mix milk,chia seeds and 1 tbsp honey.
Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour or refrigerate overnight.
In a blender, combine chopped mango and 1 tbsp of honey and blend until smooth.
Layer chia mixture and mango puree alternatively in container of your choice.
Garnish with mango pieces and serve immediately.
