Mango Chia Pudding

Mango Chia Pudding is perfect for Breakfast or as dessert after dinner.

Yield: 2 servings


  • 1 cup Whole Milk or Almond Milk

  • 4 tbsp Chia seeds

  • 2 cups Chopped mango

  • 2 tbsp Honey


  • In a bowl, mix milk,chia seeds and 1 tbsp honey.

  • Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour or refrigerate overnight.

  • In a blender, combine chopped mango and 1 tbsp of honey and blend until smooth.

  • Layer chia mixture and mango puree alternatively in container of your choice.

  • Garnish with mango pieces and serve immediately.
