A quick and easy no-cook Mango Kulfi recipe which is perfectly creamy and delicious!!
2 cups Fresh Mangoes
14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
8oz Cool Whip
1/2 cup Pistachios, crushed
Blend mangoes and condensed milk together until smooth.
In a mixing bowl, add mango pulp and cool whip. Combine well.
Add in crushed pistachios and mix well.
Pour into Kulfi molds or popsicle molds.
Close the lid, freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
Once the kulfi is set, remove it from the molds.
Garnish with crushed pistachio & serve immediately.
