It's a quick and tasty recipe which can be made in 10 minutes with minimal ingredients. Masala egg fry tastes best when served with hot rice and pappu charu.
4 Boiled Eggs
2 tbsp Oil
2 Sprigs of Curry Leaves
4 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
Salt to taste
Heat oil in pan, add curry leaves and let it splutter.
Add Ginger garlic paste and fry for 1-2 minutes.
Now add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and salt. Mix well.
Cook for 4-5 minutes, until oil separates.
Add the boiled eggs, cook for 2 minutes and flip it.
Leave it on the pan for another 2 minutes on low flame and serve.
Enjoy Masala Egg fry with rice and Pappu charu.
