Masala Egg Fry

It's a quick and tasty recipe which can be made in 10 minutes with minimal ingredients. Masala egg fry tastes best when served with hot rice and pappu charu.

Ingredients

  • 4 Boiled Eggs

  • 2 tbsp Oil

  • 2 Sprigs of Curry Leaves

  • 4 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste

  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric

  • 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder

  • 1 tsp Coriander powder

  • Salt to taste

Method

  • Heat oil in pan, add curry leaves and let it splutter.

  • Add Ginger garlic paste and fry for 1-2 minutes.

  • Now add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and salt. Mix well.

  • Cook for 4-5 minutes, until oil separates.

  • Add the boiled eggs, cook for 2 minutes and flip it.

  • Leave it on the pan for another 2 minutes on low flame and serve.

  • Enjoy Masala Egg fry with rice and Pappu charu.
