Paan Shots

A refreshing drink made from paan or betel leaves perfect for get-together, or to celebrate a festival.

Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients

  • 4 Fresh Betel leaves

  • 1 tsp Fennel seeds

  • 3 tbsp Gulkand

  • 3 scoops Vanilla ice cream

  • 1/2 cup Milk

Method

  • Remove the stem, cut each leaf into small pieces and add them to a blender.

  • Add fennel seeds, gulkand, ice cream and milk to the blender.

  • Blend until smooth.

  • Pour into shot glasses, garnish with chopped nuts and dried rose petals.

  • Serve chilled.
