A refreshing drink made from paan or betel leaves perfect for get-together, or to celebrate a festival.
Yield: 2 servings
4 Fresh Betel leaves
1 tsp Fennel seeds
3 tbsp Gulkand
3 scoops Vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup Milk
Remove the stem, cut each leaf into small pieces and add them to a blender.
Add fennel seeds, gulkand, ice cream and milk to the blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into shot glasses, garnish with chopped nuts and dried rose petals.
