Breakfast Chocolate Overnight Oats

These chocolate overnight oats are healthy, full of protein, and simply delicious.

Yield: 1 Serving


  • 1/4 cup Rolled oats

  • 1 tsp Sliced Almonds

  • 1 tsp Chia seeds

  • 1 tsp Cacao powder

  • 1 tsp Honey

  • 2 tbsp Plain Yogurt

  • 1/2 cup Almond milk


  • Fresh berries

  • Hemp seeds


  • In a jar all the ingredients and mix well.

  • Set in the fridge overnight until thickened.

  • Top it with your choice of berries and hemp seeds. Enjoy!
