Delicious Mango Boba drink which taste so amazing and is pretty easy to make as well. If you happen to have never heard of Boba before, it’s a type of drink that originated in Taiwan and can be anything from a milky tea drink to a fruit smoothie.
Serves - 2
10 cups Water
2 cups fresh Mango pieces
1 cup Milk
1/4 cup Honey
Sugar - optional
Take a wide vessel, boil water and add tapioca pearls until they float.
Boil for 15 minutes, drain and rinse with cold water.
Drizzle honey on the cooked Boba and refrigerate until we use it.
In a blender, add Mango pieces and Milk. You can add sugar if needed. Blend until smooth.
In a serving glass, add 3 tbsp of Boba pearls to the bottom and top it with the mango smoothie.
Stir with a wide opening straw and serve.
